File Prep
Ready, Set, Print!
Every print project comes with a deadline, a goal and a vision. As a trusted printing company in Southfield, MI, we partner with businesses and organizations to bring their ideas to life through high-quality graphic solutions. Whether you are sending files for brochures, postcards, signage, mailers, booklets, presentation materials or another commercial print project, our job is to help everything move smoothly from file upload to finish line. Great printing starts with great file preparation. Before you send your files through our WeTransfer link, please take a few minutes to review the checklist below. It can help us avoid delays, protect print quality and assure your final pieces look exactly the way you pictured them.

Before You Send Your Files
Please proofread your files before sending them our way. Check spelling, phone numbers, addresses, dates, pricing, names and any other details that need to be correct before printing begins.
Proofread Everything Carefully
Please proofread your files before sending them our way. Then, if possible, proofread them one more time. Check spelling, phone numbers, addresses, dates, pricing, names, and any other details that need to be correct before printing begins.
Send Print-Ready PDFs
Help us avoid delays and produce clean, professional results while minimizing the need for
extra file adjustments. Print-ready files should be sent as high-resolution PDFs with:

Package InDesign Files for Print

For the optimal readability, please provide black type as black rather than 4-color black. If your project is printing in 4-color-process, please be sure no additional pantones are in your file.
